The location here is absolutely amazing with beautiful views from a hill, and it's conveniently close to great cafes, bars, and a supermarket.

The hotel met the purpose, I will be back. All the personnel was very kind. The room was exceptionally clean and huge with balcony, had very comfortable experience. Had breakfast in the bar. Amazing central location next to all the restaurants, downtown and Chill Cafe and all good cafe and bars. It also was close to the centre.

I loved the place, it was clean. the staff were accommodating. the staff helped me with the taxi. the location was central, close to all the good cafes, restaurants, train station, and bridge.

The staff here is super friendly and funny, and there are many delicious breakfast choices at the bar.

The owners and staff were super cool and made our vacation epic. They hooked us up with room service so we could chill in our comfy room without having to leave. Plus, the tour desk helped us plan some wicked adventures, like hiking to Ella Rock and swimming in the nearby waterfalls. And the currency exchange service saved us from getting ripped off. We had the time of our lives!

The only thing that would have made our stay even more epic is if the hotel had a rad party zone. We were in the mood to dance the night away, but there wasn't a dedicated space for it.

This place is conveniently located near everything, including restaurants, the train station, and the main streets.

The Mountain View: From our balcony, we were treated to a breathtaking sight of the rolling hills, like nature's own movie screen. It was like watching a mesmerizing, ever-changing landscape painting right from the comfort of our room.

Unlit Road: The road leading to the resort was unlit, making our walk back from the village at night a bit challenging.

The rooms are all modern and stylish, each with its own balcony.

had an amazing stay at a cozy retreat in ella. the room with balcony was spacious and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. would definitely come back!

Room Amenities: the room lacked some basic amenities that we would have expected, such as a mini-fridge or a kettle. It would have been nice to have these facilities to make our stay more convenient.

We had the cleanest and most spacious room during our trip at Ella Soul Resort. The host was nice and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us. The location was perfect - within walking distance of Ella city, yet quiet at night. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.
